[HamGateNY] Welcome to 2019 and New Sysops

It has been a while since there was some chatter on this mailing list of
44Net sysops in NY State.  Since last summer we have had a few join us.
We have a varied group here with some running regular packet/AX25 systems
like JNOS, UROnet/Flexnet/BPQ and some running their own BGP subnets.
We also have some looking to link together their various digital repeaters!

What may be holding some back is setting up DNS entries and/or their
public IP gateways for inclusion in the AMPR encap broadcasts.  Without
this broadcast, systems do not know how to find each other using IP/IP
encapsulation.  Once you do have the routing, gateway, DNS and Encap set,
there is also the forwarding of mail, bulletins and NTS radiograms that
need to be established between the different messaging systems in NY.
