[HamGateNY] Happy 2025 and Consolidation of HamGate State Mailing Lists

Happy New Year 2025 to all on the various packet/digicomms mailing lists.

In an effort to keep everyone on the same page, especially since traffic
has been particularly non-existent lately on the individual state HamGate
mailing lists, I strongly encourage everyone to subscribe to the 
EastNetPacket
mailing list on the Groups.io service. I will be shutting down the state
mailing lists later today. The HamGateXX bbs and Wireguard VPN servers will
still be running as usual. I also encourage _participation_ on the lists.
Questions bring answers and shared knowledge brings growth. Let's grow the
network for the enjoyment of all. "If you build it, they will come".
