[HamGatePA] Responses Needed ASAP Before Purging Records

I think like many people I started trying to learn how to set everything up
and got sidetracked by life.

If you need to deallocate my network, I understand. Maybe I will apply for
another allocation if I end up having time.

Otherwise, if you leave my allocation I would be interested in learning
more about how to set it up correctly.
