A minor correction with regard to the VPN.  Whilst it is true that we have
a solution for a particular Mikrotik device, we also have a solution for
pretty much anything that uses Wireguard.

Current known working devices include;

gl.inet V2 routers
Mikrotik hAP Lite
pfSense V2.5
opnSense
Any Wireguard client on Linux/Mac/Windows

Using a router device will not only allow you to connect to the 44net but
also to serve a local subnet.

Connecting directly from a Linux/Mac/Windows box would normally allow only
a single IP to be serviced unless said machine is configured as a router.

Wireguard has been chosen because of it's low surface area and SSL like key
exchange.  We are also able to overcome issues of NAT and vendor provided
dynamic IP addresses.
