[HamGateNY] Port Jervis area 2 meter packet coverage

That's one of those new call signs that have popped up last month or so. Not sure who's running it.

Who on the list was located in the Southern Edge of the Catskills near Port Jervis. I just happened to discover there is a station KC2YYF using Winlink on 145.070. I was able to get connected to it via the WA2PNU FlexNet Node in Huntington LI. The station is in Otisville as far as I can tell from the QRZ lookup. The call to connect to is KC2YYF-10 and it's a WinLink gateway.
