[HamGateNY] Where Did Everybody Disappear To?

I know that there were some changes at N1URO this past weekend.
I also know that some were relying on some of his public IPs to
act as a gateway for your 44Net allocation.  However, when I try
to reach anyone with a listed 44Net using a public gateway, the
only responses are from my own system and WB2CMF.  Where are the
others?

This is what I have from the 44Net Portal.  If there are corrections
that need to be made, please let me know.  We really need to get our
NY State 44Net connected to each other, if not via radio than at least
by a public IP gateway until the RF link is back up.  The public IP
address is in square brackets.  If there is not a square bracket for
your range, then I and the 44Net Portal do not know it.
