If you have a gateway entry on UCSD, then your assigned range is routable
through your public IP address.  I see KC2QHV with a subnet of 44.68.41.64/27
and a gateway address of 100.38.176.170 on UCSD.  What I do not see is a DNS
entry to resolve the kc2qhv.ampr.org domain.  That's why I said we need to
talk.

The only subnets that I see a gateway and/or DNS entries are:
44.68.20/29 - both
44.68.41/24 - both
44.68.41.64/27 - gateway only
44.68.64/24 - gateway only
44.64.84/29 - gateway only
44.68.88/27 - gateway only
44.68.100/29 - gateway only
44.68.112/27 - gateway only
44.68.204/28 - gateway only
44.68.220/28 - both

Even some of the above are not reachable.  Maybe they were never set up
or were not set up with IP encap enabled.
