Could you please give me a little more information on what you mean when you say,"unresponsive to connections" and how you did your assessment? I just checked from a couple of random machines on the Internet and I can `ping` 23.30.150.141 from all of them, and I can ping a machine inside my allocation (e.g., `kz2x.ampr.org`) as well. Also, I can connect to various machines on the Internet from hosts inside my allocation, and I can ping e.g. `44.0.0.1`. I wouldn't call that non-responsive, but I'm not sure what criteria you are using? - Dan C.
