In the early Spring 44.44.0.0/24 was set aside for the Massachusetts
state hub and VPN network. The hub is called HamGateMA

This is my gateway. Could you please give me a little more
information on what you mean when you say,"unresponsive
to connections" and how you did your assessment?

I just checked from a couple of random machines on the Internet
and I can `ping` 23.30.150.141 from all of them, and I can ping
a machine inside my allocation (e.g., `kz2x.ampr.org`) as well.
Also, I can connect to various machines on the Internet from hosts
inside my allocation, and I can ping e.g. `44.0.0.1`. I wouldn't call
that non-responsive, but I'm not sure what criteria you are using?

This is mine. Right now the only service available is HTTP on port 80 and ICMP (allowed only for other 44net hosts), but I?ve checked that these are working from a few remote machines.

Life got really busy when I told clients I planned to retire. Free time has
me focused on mesh networking and pushed packet back. I still have plans
for a packet station but my location is not suitable.
